Tired But Thriving™ is being written in real time, while my children and I are walking through domestic violence and an ongoing legal battle for safety, stability, and truth. I refuse to stay silent until things “calm down,” because silence is how victims stay trapped.
Domestic violence is not a relationship problem — it is a system of control, manipulation, financial abuse, and intimidation designed to break a family while the abuser hides behind the shadows of the law.
The system moves slow. Our danger moves fast. And while the courts take weeks or months to respond, families like mine are forced to survive each day with faith, strategy, and God’s covering.
This website exists to document the truth, to encourage other survivors, and to demand stronger legal protection for women and children living through what we are still fighting today. This is our reality. This is our voice. This is our mission.
